Your car wash just closed for the night.

Your head office just woke up.

The chains have a head office. Now you do.

WashHQ is the AI head office for independent car washes. Overnight it posts yesterday's sales, follows every deposit and flags what needs you, at every site. At 6:00 AM, one text.

An LV8 founder walks you through your own numbers.

Your time back. More money banked.

The big chains have people for everything

They have a head office. You have Sunday nights.

A chain has people who post the books every night, chase every deposit, watch every bay and answer members. You hold all of those jobs, and none of those people. So the numbers arrive six weeks late, and the leaks show up next quarter.

And proves it in the bank.

OperationsEvery site, every desk, one office.

One head office.

Every site reports to me. And I report to you.

Tunnels, in-bays and self-serve bays, one set of books. The desks hand work to each other: a quiet bay explains a lower day, so nobody chases a deposit that was never short.

I run every desk.

AI staff with titles, working overnight across every site. Your people keep their names, and your bookkeeper and CPA get their own logins.

Security & Trust, the floor under every desk

Private by design.

Can it move my money?

No. It has no access to your bank. It drafts, and you send.

Can it mess up my QuickBooks?

It posts sales entries only after a 14-day side-by-side matches your bookkeeper's. A built-in guard stops any day posting twice. It never touches a closed month, and every write is logged.

Who sees my numbers?

Only the logins you create, each limited to its part. LV8 sees your data only with your OK, and every look is logged.

What if I leave?

Your entries and rules are exported to you, and your data is deleted with a receipt.

  6. 6
A 30-minute walkthrough with an LV8 founder. Your CPA is welcome. If the numbers don't pay, we'll tell you not to buy.

Questions owners ask

My POS already exports to QuickBooks. Why this?

An export drops a total. HQ posts card and member sales by site in your bookkeeper's own layout, never posts a day twice, and then follows each deposit until it lands in the bank.

Do I keep my bookkeeper?

Yes. They review instead of type, and they get their own login. So does your CPA.

How much of my time does setup take?

A few hours over three weeks. Nothing is written to your books until a 14-day side-by-side matches your bookkeeper's.

Who calls me back?

Reply CALL ME to any HQ text and an LV8 person calls you back.

What about pay-station logins?

Where a pay-station vendor offers no read-only login, we use the one you give us, only to read sales. You can change it any time.

What's the commitment?

Month to month after setup. If you leave, your entries and rules are exported to you and your data is deleted with a receipt.
